The wide sandy beach is one of the biggest attractions in the city, having a lush and tropical feeling with bougainvilleas and hibiscus blooming everywhere.
The new medina is a place to be discovered where Moroccan soul still can be sensed in its several handicraft shops and restaurants. The central market is famous for the big range of spices mostly produced in the region. The surrounding areas are covered with Argan trees, where the famous Argan oil is extracted. It is a great opportunity to get this renowned oil for its healing properties as well as to support the women working cooperatives that produce it.
